Job summary

TSR Legal in Cheltenham is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join its Private Client team, handling a broad range of advisory and confidential matters for individuals and businesses.

The role requires at least 4 years' PQE in private client work, with hands-on involvement in wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and related deeds. Hybrid working with three days in the office is offered within an award-winning department.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in private client work.
• Experience handling wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, deeds, LPAs.
• Experience advising individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deeds of variation, gifts, and family arrangements.
• Prepare wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Obtain grants of probate and conduct estate planning.
