Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Partner for a leading, employee-owned firm in the UK. You will lead and grow the established Private Client team, managing a high-quality client portfolio and driving the department’s success.

You will oversee complex matters across wills, trusts, probate and tax, while developing business opportunities and nurturing relationships with HNW clients and professional referrers. The role offers hybrid working and strong career development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Proven leadership, supervision and mentoring skills.
• Track record of business development and building lasting client relationships.
• Established network of professional contacts or ability to develop one.
• Strong commercial awareness and profitability understanding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• STEP membership or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support and develop the Private Client team.
• Advise on wills, probate, trusts, tax, succession planning and Powers of Attorney.
• Build relationships with HNW clients, referrers and introducers.
• Drive business development and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee cross-referrals across the Firm.
• Oversee the department’s commercial and financial performance.
