Job summary

Law Staff Ltd, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked client, seeks a Private Client Partner to lead and grow its established team in the UK. You will manage a high-quality client portfolio, advise on wills, trusts, tax and succession planning, and shape the department's strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Proven experience handling complex, high-value matters.
• Strong leadership, supervision and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Private Client team.
• Advise on wills, probate, trusts, tax and succession planning, and Powers of Attorney.
• Build relationships with HNW clients, referrers and introducers.
• Drive business development and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee the department’s financial performance.
• Ensure high standards of client care, supervision and compliance.
• Contribute to the Firm’s strategic development as a Partner.
