Job summary

Nelsons is recruiting a Paralegal for its Nottingham Private Client team. You will handle wills, probate and estate administration, supporting senior lawyers and managing a busy caseload with strong client service. The role offers hybrid working after probation and opportunities to develop expertise in a leading regional law firm.

You will need Private Client experience, solid organisation and excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Client matters such as wills, probate or trusts.
• Strong organisational and file management skills.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with Private Client matters including wills, probate and estate administration.
• Draft legal documents, prepare correspondence and forms accurately.
• Liaise with clients, courts, financial institutions and third parties.
• Maintain well-organised case files and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Keep up to date with developments in Private Client law.
