Nelsons Solicitors in Nottingham is seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join the Corporate team, working on a broad range of transactions from SMEs to larger entities. You will support Partners and solicitors from inception to completion.

This role suits a Paralegal with corporate or commercial experience, a strong academic background, and solid drafting, research, and client communication skills. Hybrid working and ongoing development are offered.

Competenze

• Ideally previous experience as a Paralegal within Corporate/Commercial or Company Secretarial teams.
• Strong academic background, ideally including a Law degree, GDL, LPC, SQE or equivalent.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong drafting and legal research capabilities; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, professional and team-focused.

Mansioni

• Assist the Corporate team on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions.
• Support corporate reorganisations, share purchases, asset sales and governance/compliance.
• Prepare transaction bibles, completion documents and filing with Companies House.
• Provide drafting and legal research support; manage transaction timelines from inception to completion.
• Direct client contact and support transactions throughout.
