Job summary

Nelsons, now part of Lawfront, invites applications for a Private Client Senior Solicitor based in Nottingham. You will manage wills, probate, LPAs and administration of estates, advising clients with a focus on service excellence. The role offers a supportive team, ongoing development, and hybrid working after probation.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years PQE in private client law, strong client care, and meticulous drafting skills. Applications from other offices are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years PQE in Private Client Law.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong technical and drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Wills, Probate, LPAs and Administration of Estates.
• Manage a varied private client caseload with high service standards.
• Draft and review wills, trust deeds and powers of attorney.
• Advise on tax planning and inheritance tax matters.
• Administer estates and guide probate processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Keep up to date with changes in private client law.
• Support department and participate in business development.
