Job summary

Nelsons, now part of Lawfront, is seeking a dedicated Private Client Senior Solicitor to join our Nottingham team. You will manage a varied caseload and provide high-quality advice on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and administration of estates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years PQE in Private Client Law
• Excellent client care skills
• Technically strong with high accuracy

Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice on Wills, Probate, LPAs and Administration of Estates.
• Managing a diverse caseload with a focus on exceptional client service.
• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts deeds and powers of attorney.
• Advising clients on tax planning and inheritance tax matters.
• Administering estates and probate processes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Keeping up to date with changes in private client law.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supporting the department and contributing to business development activities
