Job summary

Nelsons Solicitors in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated Private Client Senior Solicitor to manage a varied caseload, providing high-quality advice on Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration.

You will handle drafting and reviewing wills and trusts, advise on tax planning, build strong client relationships, and work with colleagues to deliver a seamless, client-focused service in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years PQE in private client law.
• Excellent client care skills and attention to detail.
• Strong drafting and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Wills, Probate, LPAs and estate administration.
• Manage a varied caseload with focus on client service.
• Draft/review wills, trust deeds, and powers of attorney.
• Advise on tax planning and inheritance tax.
• Build and maintain client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Keep up to date with private client practice and legislation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
