Realm Recruit is seeking an experienced Private Client Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join its Merseyside team. The role covers wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, tax planning and powers of attorney, with hybrid working between Liverpool and Wirral offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE ideal for Private Client Solicitor.
• Experience handling wills, trusts and probate matters.
• Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience working towards financial and chargeable-hour targets.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident, empathetic and professional client manner.
• Strong IT and case management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and sound judgement.
• Experience developing referral relationships and generating new work.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied Private Client caseload.
• Drafting wills and advising on trusts.
• Handling probate and estate administration.
• Advising on tax and estate planning.
• Preparing powers of attorney.
• Supporting clients, families and carers.
