Gallagher in Woking is seeking a motivated Team Leader to manage a portfolio of high-value Private Client relationships and to support the growth and development of a talented team. This role offers hands-on leadership experience within a global leader in insurance and risk management.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and help shape the team’s strategy while ensuring high standards of service and strong client relationships in a local context.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on client relationships.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience.
• Confidence meeting clients and partners face-to-face.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Passion for developing people and driving team success.
