Job summary

Gallagher is expanding its team in the Brierley Hill Office and seeks an experienced Team Leader to grow and support a group of Commercial Account Handlers. You will guide the team to service existing clients while keeping customers at the heart of the business.

You will have Commercial Broking experience, CII qualifications, and a track record of meeting targets in a regulated setting. A proactive, coaching leadership style and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Broking or insurance sales.
• Cert CII qualification and target-driven experience within a regulated framework.
• Strong communication, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and translate it into team development and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Commercial Account Handlers, growing and supporting the team.
• Provide coaching, feedback and support through regular 1:1 and team meetings.
• Utilise data for performance management and progression reviews.
• Ensure the team hits financial targets within budget lines.
• Coach and empower the team with product and policy knowledge.
