Job summary

Gallagher in Llantrisant is seeking a Private Client Executive to join our team in a full-time, office-based role.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a salary from £25,000 and potential to earn up to £28,500 depending on experience. You will support new and existing clients, tailor personal lines solutions, and manage renewals in a collaborative sales and service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with a genuine passion for helping customers and providing a positive experience.
• Confident communicator who can build rapport, listen to customers, and understand their individual needs.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support new and existing clients by understanding their needs and identifying suitable personal lines insurance solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing a friendly, helpful and personalised service.
• Speak with customers through pre-arranged meetings and inbound enquiries.
• Take the time to listen to clients, understand their circumstances and provide clear guidance on the options available to them.
• Recommend appropriate insurance products that meet the customer's individual needs, while ensuring they receive the right level of cover.
• Support existing clients with their queries, policy requirements and renewals, ensuring they receive a positive experience throughout.
• Manage a variety of customer interactions and use different systems to keep client information accurate and up to date.
• Work as part of a supportive and collaborative sales and renewals team, where customer service is at the heart of what you do.
