Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of private client structures.
• Maintain accurate client and structure records and keep information up to date.
• Support bank account opening by gathering and progressing documentation.
• Process payments accurately in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with banks, advisers and third-party providers.
• Ensure client documentation is filed according to records management policies.
• Contribute to team projects and deliver excellent client service.
