Alexander Daniels is partnering with a well-established fiduciary services provider in Jersey to recruit an Assistant Manager – Private Clients. The role supports administration of a varied portfolio of private client structures and client matters, working with senior colleagues to deliver excellent client service.

You will develop within a professional and collaborative environment, gaining exposure to private client structures and governance, while contributing to high-quality service levels

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within trust and company administration.
• Understanding of private client structures and trust administration principles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Aufgaben

• Support the administration of private client trust and company structures.
• Assist with the day-to-day management of client relationships and ongoing client matters.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation and statutory information.
• Ensure work is completed in line with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service to clients and their advisers.
• Support the efficient completion of administrative and operational tasks across the portfolio.
