Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration or fiduciary services.
• Pursuing a relevant professional qualification encouraged.

• Collaborative approach supporting junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fund structures with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and review complex documentation and transaction packs.
• Lead incorporations, restructures, liquidations and regulatory filings.
• Be a key client contact and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with legal advisers, auditors and tax professionals.
• Oversee CDD, EDD, onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Assist with billing, time recording and broader projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
