A leading health service provider in the UK is seeking a Private Department Administrator & Senior Support to welcome patients, manage communications, and support administrative tasks. The role involves overseeing the Private Admin Team and ensuring departmental efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be the face and voice of Vita Health Group, acting as an extension of the firm’s brand and core values. The purpose of this role is to welcome patients to the clinic, support them through their treatment, undertake all administrative tasks, and support our Private Department.
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from patients and clients, ensuring these are answered within KPIs, managing and processing new private referrals, and sending reports to third-party referrers within strict time frames.
This role requires a clear, concise communicator with the ability to use initiative to multitask and adapt priorities as needed. As the senior team member, you will support the Private Administration Manager by overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Private Admin Team and be the first point of escalation for additional tasks to ensure the smooth running of our Private Department.
