Job description

Job Title: Data Manager/PA to Senior Leadership Team

It is an exciting time to join Dorchester Learning Centre! We are investing significantly in our infrastructure and systems, leading to increased pupil numbers and staff expansion.

We are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, a highly organized and analytical Data Manager/PA to support our Senior Leadership Team. This key role involves leading all aspects of data management within our provision, providing accurate and timely data to inform decision-making, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving school improvement.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment where our staff work diligently to support our students and create the best possible learning environment for them.

About Us

We are currently undertaking building works and collaborating with mainstream schools and the Local Authority to diversify and meet the changing needs of the most vulnerable students in Dorset.

Dorchester Learning Centre provides education for the most vulnerable students in Dorset. We are the only school in Dorset accredited as a Trauma and Mental Health Informed School. Our learning community is child-centered, prioritizing the needs of our students. We believe that positive, secure relationships between staff and students are essential for effective learning.
