Job summary

Teleperformance SE is seeking an experienced Privacy, Risk & Compliance Officer to oversee the UK privacy, risk and compliance frameworks. You will provide guidance to HR, IT, Legal and operations and ensure GDPR and data protection obligations are embedded across the business.

You will work with senior leadership, manage privacy records, risk registers and internal controls, and support audits and governance activities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Privacy, Risk and Compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws and GDPR.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence at all levels and challenge constructively.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee privacy requirements across the business and maintain privacy notices and consent records.
• Manage Records of Processing (ROP) in OneTrust and ensure accuracy.
• Lead the Risk Management Framework and maintain Risk Registers.
• Support Global Compliance framework adoption and regulatory monitoring.
• Assist with client contracts to include privacy and compliance provisions.
• Conduct privacy and compliance training and reporting to leadership.
• Provide guidance on audits and regulatory reviews.
