Tp-8f723eaf is seeking a Privacy, Risk & Compliance Officer to oversee privacy, risk and compliance frameworks across the UK business from Bristol. You will work with HR, IT, Legal and Operations to embed regulatory requirements and governance across data processing, controls and audits.

You will report to country management and collaborate with regional privacy, risk and compliance leaders. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and be fluent in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Privacy, Risk, Compliance or Security.
• Strong working knowledge of data protection legislation and GDPR.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee privacy requirements across the business and ensure notices and consents are maintained.
• Maintain Records of Processing (ROP) within OneTrust and document processing activities.
• Lead the organisation's Risk Management Framework and maintain Risk Registers.
• Support Global Compliance Framework and monitor regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, IT, Procurement and operations to embed controls.
• Support client contracts with privacy and compliance provisions and due diligence.
