Job summary

Teleperformance SE is seeking an experienced Privacy, Risk and Compliance Officer to oversee the UK program. You will implement privacy, risk and governance controls, support GDPR compliance, and partner with HR, IT, Legal and Operations to embed standards across the business.

You will lead Records of Processing, OneTrust activities and risk registers, and provide assurance to senior leadership on regulatory changes and control effectiveness in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Privacy, Risk and/or Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws, GDPR.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee privacy requirements across the business.
• Maintain Records of Processing and OneTrust.
• Lead the implementation of the Risk Management Framework.
• Monitor regulatory developments and governance.
• Support client contracts with privacy provisions.
