Job summary

TP is seeking an experienced Privacy, Risk & Compliance Officer to lead privacy, risk and governance across the UK business from Bristol. You will oversee data protection, risk controls and regulatory compliance while partnering with HR, IT, Legal and commercial teams to embed requirements.

You will ensure privacy notices, consent records and OneTrust RoP remain accurate, and drive improvements in risk reporting and control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in Privacy, Risk or Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee privacy requirements across the business.
• Maintain privacy notices and consent docs for employees.
• Monitor data processing activities and evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment and other functions on privacy.
• Support GDPR compliance and audits.
• Act as a point of contact for privacy queries and reviews.
• Lead the Risk Management Framework implementation and upkeep.
• Provide regular risk reporting to the Global Risk Team.
• Support governance and continuous improvement of controls.
