Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor at HMP Five Wells, Wellingborough. You will lead a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals three times daily, ensuring quality, hygiene, and paperwork compliance. This role offers a stable full-time contract with a 3-on/3-off shift pattern.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a relevant culinary qualification, and proven ability to work in a large-scale kitchen. DBS checks and full security vetting are required.

Qualifications

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.
• Must have legal right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Experience working in a large-scale kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals 3 times a day.
• Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in the kitchen unit.
• Prepare basic quality foods within a set pre-ordered menu.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and stock checks are carried out correctly.
• Complete relevant paperwork and due diligence forms.
• Be an excellent team player and handle conflicts when they arise.
