Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Chef Supervisor to join the team at HMP Rye Hill, CV23 8SZ. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and support junior chefs in a demanding, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a chef or supervisory culinary role.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the kitchen team during daily operations.
• Assisting with the preparation, cooking, and service of meals.
• Ensuring food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Supporting stock control, stock rotation, and ordering procedures.
• Completing kitchen records, paperwork, and due diligence checks.
• Training and supporting team members as required.
• Assisting with the smooth running of kitchen shifts and service periods.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and professional catering service.
