Job summary

Career Connect is seeking an enthusiastic Prison Job Adviser to support the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. The role engages offenders in custody and through the Gate to help them progress toward resettlement goals, including learning, training and employment opportunities.

You will work with individuals on remand or serving custodial and community sentences, supervised by the National Probation Service, delivering one-to-one or group work.

Qualifications

• Must be confident and proactive in approach.
• Excellent communication skills with a non-judgemental attitude.
• Experience collaborating with partner organisations to achieve outcomes.
• Comfortable using databases and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Engage offenders in learning, training and employment opportunities.
• Work with those on remand, custodial and community sentences under National Probation Service supervision.
• Deliver one-to-one or group work to support resettlement goals.
• Maintain high attention to detail and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
