Job summary

Change Grow Live is recruiting an Assertive Outreach Recovery Coordinator to work within the West Kent Prisons Cluster at HMP Rochester, HMP Cookham Wood, HMP Maidstone and HMP East Sutton Park to engage service users and support their recovery journeys.

You will deliver 1-1 and group psychosocial interventions, promote access to treatment and recovery capital, and tailor approaches for diverse needs, with safeguarding at the core.

Qualifications

• Sensitivity in working with complex and diverse needs.
• Strong recovery focus with knowledge of psychosocial interventions.
• Ability to manage change prioritising service users' needs.
• Understand information governance and safeguarding duties.
• Commitment to learning and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Work with service users to initiate recovery from substance dependence and build recovery capital.
• Deliver 1-1 and group psychosocial interventions.
• Be creative to meet service users' needs and promote engagement with underrepresented communities.
