Job summary

Change Grow Live is recruiting for a role in the Drug and Alcohol Recovery team based at HMP Humber, delivering group psychosocial interventions and one-to-one support to service users in custody. The post focuses on initiating recovery, building recovery capital, and promoting engagement with diverse communities.

You will develop tailored group work, assess suitability for risk-related groups, and work with prison partners to schedule attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group psychosocial interventions
• Strong recovery focus with knowledge of psychosocial approaches
• Ability to adapt to diverse needs and promote engagement
• Commitment to information governance and safeguarding

Responsibilities

• Initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence for service users in prison
• Develop and deliver group psychosocial interventions tailored to caseload
• Be creative to meet service user needs and promote access to treatment
• Assess suitability for groups related to risk and special needs with prison partners
