Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting a Field Service Technician to service and repair commercial printing equipment across customer sites in the Midlands, including Stoke-on-Trent, Derby and Nottingham.

You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance while supporting customers with IT/network integration. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electronic expertise, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing printers, photocopiers or similar electromechanical equipment.
• Good mechanical, electrical and electronic fault-finding abilities.
• Basic IT/networking knowledge and comfort with customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair commercial printers, photocopiers and scanners on customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and perform component-level repairs or replacements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and help configure equipment on customer networks.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits and parts used.
