Job summary

Recra Consulting is seeking a reliable Print Finishing & Hand Assembly Operative to join a busy print production team in Leicester. The role focuses on bench-based finishing, hand assembly and packing printed products, with training available for basic finishing machinery.

Applicants should enjoy practical, repetitive tasks and have a good eye for detail. Previous experience in print finishing or packaging is welcome, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued equally.

Responsibilities

Apply tape and assemble printed products to job specifications.
Collate, sort and organise printed materials into the correct order and quantities.
Carry out hand finishing and bench assembly work accurately.
Pack completed products ready for dispatch.
Check finished items for quality, accuracy and presentation.
Follow job instructions and meet agreed production deadlines.
Keep the work area clean, tidy and organised.
Develop skills in operating creasing and business card cutting machinery, with training.
