Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Uckfield, East Sussex, seeks a Binding Machine Operative / Print Finisher. You will set up, operate and maintain finishing machinery, ensuring output meets job sheets and quality standards.

The role offers full-time, permanent/temporary-perm options in a busy print production environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Duplo booklet makers, guillotines (Polar preferred), wire binding and case binding, plus familiarity with OneFlow production

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or Print Finisher.
• Hands-on experience with finishing machinery.
• Experience with guillotine systems, preferably Polar.
• Familiarity with print workflow platforms (OneFlow).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain bindery and finishing machinery.
• Cut printed stock to exact specs using guillotines.
• Run booklet makers, wire binders, and assist with binding tasks.
• Inspect finished products for quality and alignment.
• Perform basic maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Use production systems (OneFlow) to track progress.
