Job summary

CDS Print Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Production Operative/Print Finisher for a full-time, permanent role in Aylesbury. You will operate finishing equipment (guillotine, binder, stitcher, folding), perform high-standard print finishing, and help with packing and dispatch.

Full training will be provided, and we emphasise accuracy, teamwork, and continuous skill development within our print production team.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in print finishing or production desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment (guillotine, binder, stitcher, folding machines).
• Carry out general print finishing to a high standard.
• Complete fulfilment tasks, including packing and dispatch preparation.
• Scan incoming mail and documents to an auditable standard.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
