Job summary

Taylor Higson in Corby is seeking a Print Finishing Operator to join the busy manufacturing team. The role involves setting up and operating finishing equipment, ensuring products meet high quality standards and customer specifications.

You will work on double day shifts, Monday to Friday, with early and afternoon rotations, and will participate in quality inspections, documentation and ISO-compliant processes while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

£26,000-£28,000 based on experience

A well-established and growing print production business is looking to recruit an experienced Print Finishing Operator to join its busy manufacturing team in Corby.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful organisation that operates within a fast-paced production environment, producing high-quality printed products for a wide range of customers.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the finishing department, operating specialist finishing equipment and ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

The role is working double day shifts on a rotating basis, Monday to Friday (earlies and afternoons).

The Role

As a Print Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating a range of print finishing equipment
• Running machinery efficiently whilst maintaining quality standards
• Working with printed products through various finishing processes
• Conducting quality inspections throughout production runs
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately to customer specifications
• Completing production and quality documentation as required
• Following company quality procedures and ISO standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Supporting wider production activities when required

Equipment & Processes

Experience of sheeting, punching and perforation, hologram, foiling or tecnau sheeting systems is highly advantageous.
