Job summary

iNREACH Group is seeking an experienced Print Field Service Engineer to join our growing technical team. You will install, maintain, repair and support multifunction printers across our customer base, travelling to sites in the Midlands region and beyond.

You will work directly with customers to diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and firmware updates, and configure devices for network printing and cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience servicing Ricoh multifunction devices.
• Experience with Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE and print configurations.
• Experience Epson inkjet/large-format devices.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on MFPs and printers.
• Install, configure and commission new print devices at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and firmware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot network printing and PaperCut/uniFLOW integrations.
• Maintain service reports and records in the management system.
