Our client offers a range of print solutions to help companies control costs, improve efficiency, and boost productivity. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to sell all print services and solutions to generate new business.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business as the primary role.
  • Identify and qualify leads, then convert them into spending accounts, which are handed over to an Account Manager for ongoing development.
  • Earn a commission based on a percentage of gross profit from target accounts.
  • Sell the company's range of print products and services.

  • Agility: Demonstrate quick decision-making, responsiveness to customer needs, and adaptability to changing requirements. Work efficiently within limited time constraints and proactively address operational challenges.
  • Partnership: Foster long-term relationships internally and externally, communicate effectively, and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Innovation: Seek continuous improvements in products, services, and processes through creative problem-solving and innovative solutions, including automation and digitization.
  • Integrity: Take accountability, own issues, and maintain high-quality outputs through consistent communication from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications or equivalent experience:

  • Proven experience in acquiring new print customers.
  • At least 5 years in a new business development role.

  • Attention to detail, customer service orientation, and understanding of the customer experience.
  • Ability to identify improvement areas and implement strategic plans.
  • Effective communication and motivational skills.
  • Confident telephone manner.
