SEA Ltd is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to lead technical activities across the engineering lifecycle, taking ownership of design, development and support of our products.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage requirements and drive integration, testing and production qualification while enabling flexible, hybrid working with occasional site visits to Barnstaple, Beckington or Bristol.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or closely related field required.
• Extensive systems engineering knowledge and lifecycle leadership experience.
• Experience with MBSE and DOORS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for defined work packages.
• Mentor project teams and manage requirements across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to bidding activities and integration/production qualification.
