Job summary

SEA Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership during design, development and support of products. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and own requirements management across the engineering lifecycle. Based at Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple with flexible working and weekly site visits to Barnstaple. Role offers up to £80k depending on experience, with opportunities to shape advanced solutions for national security.

Qualifications

Experience leading defined work packages within a multi-disciplinary team.
Proven ability to mentor project members and drive technical delivery.
Strong understanding of system engineering lifecycle and MBSE practices.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across design, development and support of products.
