Job summary

SEA Ltd is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership across design, development, and support of products. The role can be based in Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple with weekly site visits to Barnstaple, and offers hybrid working with a salary up to £80k depending on experience.

You will lead defined work packages, mentor team members, manage requirements through the engineering lifecycle, contribute technically to bids, and drive integration and qualification

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Extensive Systems Engineering knowledge and experience in the engineering lifecycle and technical leadership.
• DOORS and MBSE experience.
• Defence or Aerospace experience would be highly desirable.
