Job summary

SEA Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership during design, development and support of products. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and own requirements management across the engineering lifecycle. Based at Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple with flexible working and weekly site visits to Barnstaple. Role offers up to £80k depending on experience, with opportunities to shape advanced solutions for national security.

Qualifications

• Experience leading defined work packages within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proven ability to mentor project members and drive technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of system engineering lifecycle and MBSE practices.

Responsibilities

Principal Systems Engineer can be based out of either our Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working with a weekly visit to Barnstaple being required.

The salary for this role is up to £80k, depending on experience.

Theskills you need

• Degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Extensive Systems Engineering Knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle and engineering / technical leadership
• DOORS and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
• Defence or Aerospace experience would be highly desirable
