Job summary

Leonardo UK in Bristol (with a role in Luton) is seeking Systems Engineers to join multidisciplinary teams, developing and integrating complex electronic warfare and sensors systems for current and future platforms. You will work across the full lifecycle from requirements to verification, with opportunities for leadership and mentoring.

The role requires five years of UK residency, a science-based honours degree, and a willingness to work in an office and lab environment with hybrid working

Qualifications

• Science-based Honours degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience or desire to gain electronic warfare domain knowledge.
• Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, including problem definition, requirements engineering, systems architecture, integration, test and evaluation, verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on system and sub-system development.
• Work with suppliers, integrators, and users across the UK.
• Develop and refine system-level requirements and designs.
• Control Parts and Documentation, including change management.
