Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with 8+ years in product-focused companies.
• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years building high-scale SaaS products.
• 5+ years cloud experience.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases and AI agent frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic transformation architecture and patterns for AI agent management.
• Remain hands-on to code, prototype, and architect agent workflows as needed.
• Own security, quality, scale, and performance of Belfast hub products.
• Oversee architectures and delivery on AWS cloud platforms.
• Influence global product architectures and engineering standards.
• Champion AI-driven roadmaps and continuous improvements.
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept for AI/agentic tech.
• Recruit, mentor and evaluate talent for an agent-driven ecosystem.
