Job summary

Arm is redefining what is possible in cloud and data center computing. We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead a local team in infrastructure solutions software, driving validation and productisation of our infrastructure platforms.

You will combine hands-on technical leadership with coaching, oversee CI and test infrastructure, and collaborate across Arm locations to deliver pre-silicon and silicon readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in complex system software leading to production-ready platforms.
• Proven experience leading and developing software engineers with hands-on leadership.
• Knowledge of software quality, validation methodologies, CI and product readiness for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers at your site, providing technical direction, coaching and career development while remaining hands-on in solving complex engineering challenges.
• Drive system validation and productisation for Infrastructure System Solutions, establishing effective validation plans, quality criteria and approaches to product readiness.
• Advance scalable test infrastructure, CI, regression capabilities and quality metrics to improve coverage, efficiency and confidence throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate across Arm locations and engineering teams to manage dependencies, resolve complex system-level issues and drive effective execution across pre-silicon and silicon environments.
