Job summary

You will stay hands-on while providing technical direction across complex system software.

This role partners with software, quality, test and release teams to ensure production-ready solutions across pre-silicon and silicon environments, with a strong emphasis on scalable test

Qualifications

• Strong experience in complex system software with background in SoC, firmware, platform software or system-level validation across pre-silicon and/or silicon environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing software engineers, combining line management with hands-on leadership.
• Strong knowledge of software quality, validation methodologies, automated testing, CI and product readiness for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers at your site, providing technical direction and career development while remaining hands-on.
• Drive system validation and productisation for Infrastructure System Solutions with clear validation plans and quality criteria.
• Advance scalable test infrastructure, CI, regression capabilities and quality metrics across development lifecycle.
• Collaborate across Arm locations and engineering teams to manage dependencies and drive execution across pre-silicon and silicon environments.
