Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex system software and leading large, globally distributed engineering teams in embedded or infrastructure SoC space.
• Strong background in SoC, firmware, platform software and system-level validation across pre-silicon and silicon environments.
• Deep expertise in low-level systems including bootloaders, device drivers and OS fundamentals (Linux).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to the team and drive progress across SoC, firmware and system validation from pre-silicon to production readiness.
• Partner with hardware, software, architecture and product leads to align on strategy and key decisions.
• Lead software design by analysing requirements and drive best-in-class software efficiency, quality and predictability.
