Job summary

Arm Limited is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead a broad org spanning Systems Software, Userspace and System Modelling tools. This high-impact leadership role combines low-level systems software with large-scale engineering delivery, guiding a distributed team of 60+ engineers within a wider org of 300+ to influence performance, efficiency, and scalability of Arm-based platforms.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, distributed software engineering teams (60+ engineers).
Strong systems software background with kernel, drivers, and userspace knowledge.
Ability to connect low-level implementation to system-level performance outcomes.
Proven track record delivering measurable improvements in performance, power, or system behaviour.
Experience growing senior technical leaders.
Credibility to engage with engineers across the stack.
