The Role

As a Senior/Principal Consultant/Associate, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will proactively identify and engage clients to understand their hiring needs, source and attract top talent, and manage the interview and offer process. Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience is essential. This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven experience in acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

• Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment solutions.
• Participate in industry events.

Candidate Sourcing & Management

• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
• Provide career advice and interview preparation to candidates.
• Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms with clients.
• Match candidates to client requirements to close deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Market & Industry Knowledge

• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Advise clients and candidates on salary benchmarks and hiring trends.

Who you are

• Self-motivated, resilient, with experience in acquiring new clients.
• A proven biller, ideally billing £200k+ in the last 12 months within signed clients.
• A collaborative team player, comfortable with cross-selling within 3Search and 11 Investments brands.
• Experience recruiting into Professional Services is preferred but not essential.
• Someone with a positive attitude and a good cultural fit.
• Enthusiastic about learning; our in-house L&D team offers regular training.
