Title: Principal Recruitment Consultant

Location: Starting in London, with relocation to New York in 9-12 months

Salary: £55K-£80K UK + US relocation package and pay increase

Here at FIFTEEN WEST we support the UK's leading Recruitment and Executive Search firms as they scale offices internationally, and we are currently retained by a long-standing client operating across Investment Banking and Alternative Investments. Over the years we have made successful recruiter hires, all of whom remain in post today, achieving promotions and top biller status.

Our client is launching an office in New York next year, and we are interested in speaking with Principal Recruitment Consultants from a Finance background who are interested in relocating as part of the initial office launch, alongside a senior recruiter within the firm who is part of the move.

Specialists in Front Office (Equity, Credit, IR) and CFO/-1 hiring

Client base includes leading Investment Banks, Private Equity Funds, Credit Funds, and Asset Managers, with numerous exclusive and retained arrangements

What we are looking for:

3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Finance (Investments or A&F/CFO)

Proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue

Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset, with ability to build internal and external relationships

An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to relocate to the US
