Propel is looking to hire an extremely ambitious Lead Recruitment Consultant. You’ll join a team of specialist tech recruiters working with high-growth, VC- and PE-backed start-ups and scale-ups across the UK, US, and Europe.

Who are you?

• An experienced Tech Recruiter with in-depth knowledge of your market (specialisms in Software Development & Engineering, Data / AI, DevOps, or Product are welcome)
• Someone interested and engaged in the high-growth tech space
• Strong Business Development skills with a successful track record in winning new business
• Existing market expertise and a strong network to 'hit the ground running'
• A relationship-based approach, valuing everyone you deal with
• Internal drive and hustle, thriving in Propel's environment
• A love for mentoring and developing others
• A genuine passion for the tech community
• Confident in your skills and achievements

Hybrid setup: Mondays and Thursdays in London office. WeWork memberships available for use anywhere in the world.

Enjoy shorter, focused workdays with a 4 pm finish on Fridays, 25 holidays plus your birthday off, and additional days for length of service.
