The Real Estate team at Cobalt is the top performing and most well-established desk in the company, with brilliant clients we have been successfully advising for over 23 years. We are responsible for recruiting candidates within the Investment & Capital Markets space, covering areas such as General Practice Surveying, Investment Management, Private Equity, Real Estate Finance, Investment Advisory, and Capital Raising/Investor Relations.

You would be working within a team of 6 individuals, with over 30 years of combined recruitment experience at Cobalt, and reporting directly to the team Director. You will receive top-tier training and support with the goal of managing your own desk and time independently in the future.

This team is central to our business, boasting a warm client list, high fee levels, and several senior billers who have been with us for nearly a decade. We are now looking to expand this team with strategic hires to capitalize on our strong market position and the increasing recruitment activity in our sector.
