The Real Estate team at Cobalt is the top performing and most well-established desk in the company, with brilliant clients we have been successfully advising for over 23 years. We are responsible for recruiting candidates within the Investment & Capital Markets space. This includes General Practice Surveying, Investment Management, Private Equity, Real Estate Finance, Investment Advisory, and Capital Raising/Investor Relations.

You would be working within a team of 6 individuals, with over 30 years of recruitment experience within Cobalt, reporting directly to the team Director. You will receive top-tier training and support, with the potential to manage your own desk and time independently in the future.

This team is central to our business, with a warm client list, high fee levels, and several senior billers who have been with us for nearly a decade. We are now looking to expand this team with strategic hires to leverage our market position and capitalize on the increasing recruitment activity in our space.
