Job summary

Arm in Manchester, United Kingdom, is seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex software and engineering projects within the Strategy & Ecosystems group. Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, and Arm partners.
  • Ability to grasp technical discussions and assess their influence on project and program plans, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies and drive issues through to resolution.
  • A positive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to take on new challenges in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.

  • Work with teams to build realistic plans and maintain clear visibility of delivery progress and confidence.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change through to conclusion.
  • Bring teams and collaborators together to resolve complex delivery challenges and help recover delivery when projects or programs move off track.
  • Ensure effective project and program oversight, audit preparedness, and alignment with applicable Arm processes and ISO requirements.
  • Facilitate decisions and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product Management, Business, Marketing, Legal, and other teams.
  • Provide clear communication and alignment across teams, collaborators, and senior management.
  • Support extended planning and roadmap creation for complex projects and programs.
  • Assist us in ongoing refinement of our project and program management procedures, techniques, and integration of automation.

Job Overview

Become a Project / Program Manager in Arm's Strategy & Ecosystems group, leading the delivery of complex software and engineering projects and programs that support software developers on Arm. This role offers a great chance to work with business, product, and technical teams across Arm. Necessary Skills And Experience
