Job summary

Arm’s Integration Management Office (IMO) seeks a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to lead cross-functional, global programmes from planning through execution, including post-acquisition integrations and divestments.

The role requires strong programme leadership, stakeholder management, and change management in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with collaboration across senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-acquisition integrations, divestments, and business transformation programmes.
  • Develop and manage programme plans, governance structures, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Coordinate global cross-functional teams across Engineering, People, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Drive Day 1 readiness, transition planning, operational continuity, and long-term value delivery.
  • Establish executive governance forums and provide clear reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives and cross-organisation programmes with SoftBank Group entities where required.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure successful adoption and outcomes.

Job Overview

Arm's Integration Management Office (IMO) leads some of the company's most strategically important change initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, divestments, organisational transformations, and enterprise-wide improvement programmes.

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Manager, M&A Integration to manage complex cross-functional programmes that enable successful business transitions while minimising operational disruption. The role will lead integration, separation, and transformation initiatives from planning through execution, partnering with senior leaders across the company to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This position requires a strong blend of programme leadership, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and change management experience. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across diverse global teams.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the semiconductor, technology, software, or engineering sectors.
  • Knowledge of post-merger integration methodologies and operating model design.
  • Programme management certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
